Completion of an internship does not guarantee:

10. Course Fees and Payments

20. Internship Liability Limitation

Without limiting the specific internship provision above, where an internship was expressly promised by Lisa Digital and Lisa Digital is unable to provide the promised internship, the specific contractual remedy agreed between the parties shall be limited to the ₹15,000 refund described in Section 8, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The purchaser expressly agrees that, subject to applicable law, Lisa Digital shall not be liable for additional compensation for loss of salary, employment opportunity, business opportunity, anticipated earnings, inconvenience, consequential loss or other damages arising solely from the non-provision of the promised internship.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lisa Digital, its owners, employees, trainers, consultants, representatives and service providers against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and reasonable expenses arising from:
